Boxing Training

I have been boxing for nearly all my life training in East London growing up in the hard streets of a South London estate and currently teaching boxing classes and one2ones for over 5years.

I teach between 1 to 35 people at a time. Boxing is the fastest, most effective way to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest space of time. It works the entire body to the upper limit, toning and sculpting all the muscles and provides fantastic weight loss results.
