RghbFitness train you to understand the good and bad things to eat and drink, the personal training team will answer any question you have and will ask you about your nutrition even if you say “I eat great” or “I think I eat the right foods”. This is just done to make sure and give u advice to help you achieve your nutritional and body goal, this is included in all personal training packages.

It is important to eat a balanced diet of healthy protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables and healthy fats. Ensure your protein intake is high to prevent muscle tissue from being lost. Complex carbohydrates (brown rice, baked and sweet potatoes, porridge oats, wholewheat pasta and wholegrain bread) release energy slowly, but avoid simple sugars found in processed foods as they cause a release of instant energy, which can lead to increases in body fat. EFA’s (essential fatty acids) are good/healthy fats that cannot be manufactured by the body and must be provided by your diet. CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a polyunsaturated fat that is believed may decrease the amount of fat stored after eating and help the body use existing fat for energy.

Rghbfitness will give you a diet sheet to put down all the food you eat, this includes any treats. Everything must go on the paper that way you can read back with one of the personal trainers and point out good and bad habits and concentrate on what you need to add in to your daily intake to ensure you body is healthy. Rghbfitness we can give you personalised diet plans to help you reach your goals. These can be sent to you via email or given in the session with your personal training.With these tools you can become hardbody.

I would like to thank, Richard (RGHB) for everything he did in helping me to achieve my fitness and weight goals in such a short period of time.

I used to be extremely active, training for my swim team 6 mornings a week and playing regional netball. I then suffered a trauma to my back during a match, which has resulted in chronic back pain, unable to even get out of bed some mornings!
As a result of this, I put the netball and swimming on hold and found working-out difficult and painful; hence a massive lack in motivation!

I found out I was going to be a bridesmaid for my sister’s wedding; for most, this would be music to their ears! Not for me…a year prior, I gave birth to my son (he was massive!) and never lost the pregnancy weight. Looking in the mirror, I decided something needed to be done. I began going to the gym, attending a few classes and doing my bit on the treadmill! When it came to bridesmaid dress shopping, I was mortified! The dress my sister chose fitted the other bridesmaid perfectly; mine, however, was inches away from the zip even meeting. The dress doing up was a very distant dream!

Then I met Richard! It must have been fate. He told me he is a personal trainer and that he could get me into the dress. So, not wanting to admit defeat, I let him take on the challenge!

I saw Richard twice a week for an hour (but he pestered me pretty much daily, making sure I was still on track in his absence!). He advised me on diet, gave me exercises that to my astonishment did not hurt my back, and most of all motivated me to achieve the best results I could get. The weight came off and the flab toned up. My body was transforming every time I looked in the mirror and stepped on the dreaded scales!

By the time of the wedding, I had lost 3 and a half stone and shredded inches from pretty much everywhere. I could actually see muscle too!

The dress not only fit…it had to be taken in by 3 inches! I was amazed, not to mention my family, who had not seen me for 4 months. I was receiving compliments all day long and can honestly say I have never felt so proud.

I am indebted to Richard, who is primarily to thank! Without him, I would never have achieved the results and would have let myself and my sister down. I looked at exercise in a way I had not seen it for many, many years.

I don’t know how to put into words how eternally grateful I am to RGHB…Thank you to the moon and back.
